If you suspect any unauthorized access to your account, you must notify our support team immediately. jayy9 will not be liable for any loss resulting from misuse of your account or access by a third party.
Deposit, Withdrawal, and Payment Policy
3.1 Deposits
The minimum deposit amount on jayy9 is ৳300. This limit applies equally to all payment methods. Accepted payment methods are: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer (Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, and other scheduled banks).
3.2 Withdrawals
The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 15 minutes to 2 hours. A withdrawal may be delayed until the following conditions are met:
- The identity verification process has not been completed.
- The wagering requirement for an active bonus has not been fulfilled.
- A security review is currently in progress.
3.3 Transaction Responsibility
It is the user's responsibility to provide all payment details accurately. jayy9 will not be liable for failed transactions caused by incorrect information. Deposits or withdrawals from third-party accounts are not accepted.
Bonus and Promotion Terms
4.1 Welcome Bonus
New members will receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳8,000. Examples of how the bonus works: a ৳1,000 deposit earns a ৳1,000 bonus, bringing the total balance to ৳2,000; a ৳18,000 deposit earns the maximum ৳8,000 bonus, bringing the total balance to ৳26,000.
4.2 Wagering Requirements
The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 10 times the bonus amount. Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only, not on the combined total of the deposit and bonus. For example: a ৳1,000 bonus × 10 = completing ৳10,000 in bets will make the winnings from the bonus withdrawable.
4.3 General Bonus Terms
- Each bonus offer may be claimed only once per user.
- A minimum bet amount may apply when using a bonus.
- jayy9 reserves the right to change, suspend, or cancel any bonus offer at any time.
- If bonus abuse is found, the account may be closed.

- Gold: Up to 1.0% weekly cashback.
Advancement to a higher VIP tier depends on your regular participation and gaming activity on the platform. jayy9 reserves the right to change the VIP terms at any time, and members will be informed of any changes.
